Pricing
Leasing
- 100% of rent as commission for Leasing Only
- 100% of rent as commission if occupied (if we have to go and show in person)
- 50% of rent as commission for unoccupied (if owner can show in the event that they live there or if we can utilize Rently for convenient showings)
Renewal
- $250 for a renewal inspection. Not as detailed as a move out inspection. Only a few pictures (without any sensitive personal items i.e. pictures, questionable items) to indicate to us we are okay with renewing this Tenant and feel confident that the current condition will not lead to major issues (as far as we can tell. Furniture will hide a lot)
Management
- 6% of monthly rent for homes that are in an HOA
- 5% of monthly rent for homes that are not in an HOA
